Announcing Recipe Card - a Wordpress plugin

The Recipe Card plugin for Wordpress makes it easy to create beautiful recipes. You can create a unique and beautiful recipe template in less than 5 minutes. It's easy and fun!

Recipe Card also does a lot of other fancy stuff for your blog like search engine optimization,  clean printing, reviews, a Yumprint recipe box, and nutrition facts.

  2. Is there anyway to make the recipe card show up smaller on the website?

    1. If you go to the layout tab of the template editor and then click on the recipe preview on the left, some toggles will come up. One of the toggles will allow you to turn on a style called "compact" which will make the lines closer together, thereby making the recipe card shorter. If you'd like to make the recipe card more narrow, you could add some fairly simple custom css.

  4. It can take a while for Google to properly crawl your site. Here's Google's official tool for making sure everything is set up properly for rich snippets to appear in search results:

    http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets

    Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of Recipe Card.

  6. Is there any way to show an recipe excerpt with an image in the front page feed? Right now I have to set the featured image and hide the text and image for the excerpt manually within the html and php files.

  8. Thanks for sharing this Plugin. I like to write about foods and different recipes in my blog. It’s very important to showcase our recipes in a good way so that viewers don’t find any difficulty to read them. Fortunately WordPress users are lucky to have such free Plugins easily available on the internet that make this task lot easier for blogger. Simple formatting and ease of accessing are truly the great features of such Plugins.
